The Luncheon Club - Gosforth Lodge
After a long period of isolation we are pleased to announce that the Luncheon Club will be restarting at Gosforth Lodge on Thursday 30th September.
The team are ready to welcome you back to Gosforth Lodge and will be adopting a Covid-19 responsive approach.
The team look forward to seeing you. Please advise friends and family, new members will be welcomed.

Moonpenny Play Area Now Open
Dronfield Town Council are delighted to announce that the new play area at Moonpenny Way is now open for children to enjoy.
With an increased amount of equipment in the play ground there are some exciting new features to challenge youngsters including a basket swing, trampoline and zig zag twister as well as a new roundabout, swings, climbing frame and slides.

Invitation to Annual Civic Service - 26th September 2021
The Mayor, would like to invite members of the community to come and enjoy this year's special Civic Service, which will take place in the Civic Hall, Dronfield on Sunday 26th September at 2:00pm.
Revd. Peter Bold and Revd. Dave Walker will be leading the service accompanied by Revd. Andy Gore and they will also hopefully be joined by Dronfield Parish Young Voices Choir.

Join us in Cliffe Park today from 12noon until 4pm for the Dronfield Gala.

Latest park refurbishment....Moonpenny play area
Work is due to begin later this week on the refurbishment of Moonpenny play area and is expected to take around four weeks to complete.
All the existing old equipment will be removed to make way for new a brand new play area with exciting new equipment, safety surfacing and fencing - see illustration for details.

Dronfield Gala, Cliffe Park – Sunday 25th July 2021
Following the announcement earlier in the week that covid restrictions would be lifted from Monday, final preparations are now underway for the Dronfield Gala, which will take place on Sunday 25th July, in Cliffe Park from 12noon until 4:00pm.
With over 20 stalls now confirmed to attend, there will be a great choice of food and drink along with local community groups and commercial stalls.

Wildflower meadows blooming lovely!
The Wildflower Meadows that were planted in Sindelfingen Park and at Hilltop back in April, are now blooming with many different varieties of flowers appearing.
The project, which has been expanded this year, was hugely popular with residents last year and will see a huge variety of wildflowers continue to grow over the coming months and into the Autumn.
