Dronfield Gala coming round fast!

This summer's Dronfield Gala is set to be bigger and better than ever. Taking place next month, on Sunday 30th June with an earlier opening time of 12pm until 4pm, there will be a host of activities available for all the family.

Organisers Dronfield Town Council, have arranged some free attractions for 2019 which include trampolines, Wipeout and the ever popular circus skills workshop also returns. There will also be the usual great selection of fairground rides for all ages, inflatables and a variety of stalls from local community groups and commercial businesses.

Stalls signed up so far include First Responders, Heritage Trust, RSPB, Caz's Cakes, Morgan's Woodfired Pizza, Gin & Fizz, Hundall Cricket Club and the Women's Institute plus many more.

Entertainment will be provided throughout the afternoon in the central arena. This year, regular dance group Dance Dronfield, will be joined by the marvellous Dronfield Genquip Brass Band and for the first time Dronfield Wado-Ryu Karate will be demonstrating the awesome talents of their members.

The Gala will be officially opened by the Dronfield Town Mayor and don't forget entry on the day is free of charge, so make sure the date is in your diary now!
