Defib Relocated
The defibrillator at the former Dronfield Woodhouse Sports and Social Club has been relocated to the Dronfield Woodhouse Bowling Club.
In addition, all Town Council defibrillators have recently received new pads, batteries, and updated signage.

Concerns over pupils’ station shortcut
Councillors discussed the ongoing issue of Henry Fanshawe School pupils using the Railway Station platform and the bridge as a school walking route.

Coal Aston Allotments - Water Leak Repair
The Town Council were recently notified by Severn Trent of a serious water leak on a private supply pipe on the allotments at Coal Aston, which was losing approximately 32 litres of water per hour. To stop the leak and water being wasted, the water was turned off at the allotments to allow for investigations to take place as to where the leak was coming from. Thomas Taylor Charity - 2024 Applications now open
Thomas Taylor was a Dronfield blacksmith who died in 1681. His blacksmith's shop was near to the corner of Church Street and High Street in Dronfield. Both vehicles will be off the road on 13th August, the North Mobile will be off the road on the weeks beginning 16th and 23rd September, and the South Mobile will be off the road on the weeks beginning 26th August and 2nd September.
