Temporary Road Closures - Remembrance Sunday 12th November 2023

Please remember that on Sunday, November 12, Dronfield will be marking Remembrance Sunday with a service at the war memorial.

As large numbers gather to pay their respects participating in the march and service at the memorial, the roads need to be closed to protect their safety.

The road closure is in place for the shortest amount of time required to cause as least disruption as possible to those not taking part.

Please be advised that there will be road closures in place between 10.15am - 11.45am on High Street, Church Street, Lea Road, and School Lane to enable the parade to take place.

PLEASE NOTE: NO vehicular access will be available on this route for the duration of the service.

PLEASE NOTE: that the road closures will affect access to the Civic Centre car park, as vehicles will not be able to get in or out during this time. Please use the car park on Farwater Lane for unrestricted car park access.
