All planning applications and planning decisions are submitted to the main Planning authority, North East Derbyshire District Council.

Dronfield Town Council are consulted on all planning applications. Applications are considered at each Council meeting. Members of the public are able to speak on planning matters at the beginning of the Council meeting.
