Highway Maintenance/Resurfacing of Roads

Major resurfacing works continue to be carried out through Dronfield.

Several road closure notices received from DCC Highways are detailed below:

Coun Angelique Foster commented, "As a Council and as individual councillors we have campaigned for this level of investment into our road network. These major improvements to our infrastructure mean less potholes, less maintenance and smoother, safer routes for all road users."

Dyche Lane, Coal Aston closed from 29th July to 4th August 2022, 19:00 to midnight each night

A61 Unstone - Dronfield Bypass, 20 to 21 August 2022, 06:00 to 18:00 each day

School Lane, traffic control, stop/go boards, until 29th July 2022

Access will be maintained wherever reasonably possible on the affected length of the road.
