Local Plan Consultation - Just a few days remaining!

At the beginning of November 2020, the District Council launched a consultation process on the Main Modifications proposed on the North East Derbyshire Local Plan. The Local Plan, amongst other things, says where houses will be built within Dronfield over the coming years.

There are now just a few days remaining before the consultation deadline of 31st January 2021. We need lots of residents to comment on this draft to give us the best chance to convince the independent Inspector, about how to improve the Local Plan further, with particular reference to retaining the greenbelt around the town.
