Mini road system opens for children to practice their cycle skills
A children's cycle track complete with street signs, zebra crossings and roundabouts has opened in Cemetery Road play area.
The track recreates a miniature road layout, complete with junctions, crossings, roundabouts and street signs, to allow children to learn about road safety away from real-life traffic.

New wildflower meadows to be planted in Dronfield
This spring will see the planting of more wildflower meadows in Dronfield, helping the local bee and butterfly populations to thrive.
Following positive feedback from residents, Dronfield Town Council has expanded its wildflower planting programme.
Seeds will be sown shortly after Easter with further meadows in Sindelfingen Park and a brand-new meadow will be taking root at Hilltop.

Cemetery Road Park Refurbishment Completed
Cemetery Road park reopens following refurbishment
The children's park has reopened to the public as part of the Dronfield Town Councils park refurbishment programme.

Cemetery Road Play Area Refurbishment Coming Soon

Great new cone climber at Hilltop play area
Over the weekend, a brand new piece of play equipment has been installed and added to Hilltop play area.
Children can now enjoy a brand new cone climber. The brightly coloured cone climber is great for multi-play as they climb to the top of the rotating net and it will leave children in a spin!

Play areas to reopen from Monday 6th July
Following the latest Government guidance, we are working towards reopening local play areas from Monday 6th July, with new guidance in place for users of the equipment.

Fantastic wildflower meadow in Sindelfingen Park
