Planning Fees Increase

The March Town Council meeting heard councillors raise concerns over the sudden and significant increase in planning fees by NE Derbyshire District Council, effective from April 1st.

Individual homeowners will face a 105% fee increase, while developers building more than 50 homes see only a 1.7% rise.
