Message from the Leader of the Town Council

As we head into a second national lockdown, Dronfield Town Council will continue to do everything we can to support the people of Dronfield through these unprecedented times.

The Council have continued to work, throughout this time, with our partners and communities to help ensure we come through this challenge together. The residents and businesses of Dronfield have shown themselves to be an extremely resilient and caring community during these times.

We will continue to follow the official advice given by the Government and NHS which states that everyone should;

• Stay at home, except for specific purposes.

• Avoid meeting people you do not live with, except for specific purposes.

• Close certain businesses and venues.

The council office will remain closed to the public however residents can still phone the office between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or contact us through email or the website.

Your local councillors are also available to offer advice and guidance when needed and residents are encouraged to contact them should they have any concerns.

The situation changes day by and week by week and we will keep re-assessing what we can do to help reduce the risk to our residents and businesses.

We kindly ask everyone to take all possible measures to reduce the risk to themselves and to others in the community and to continue to follow the official advice given.

Please stay safe and keep others safe,

Cllr Angelique Foster

Leader Dronfield Town Council
