Extreme Wheels Returns – 2 & 9 April 2024

Extreme Wheels are coming to Sindelfingen Park today, 2 April and on 9 April, thanks to funding provided by Dronfield Town Council.

Police Mobile Speed Cameras

Dronfield Town Council agreed to pay for the annual calibration of the local speed enforcement camera for a further year.

The laser device needs to be calibrated for local police to be able to issue tickets and prosecutions. Dronfield has had exclusive use of its own camera for several years and it plays a key part in keeping our town's roads safe.

Road Closures and Maintenance

The Town Council received reports of road maintenance works to be carried out in and around Dronfield over the coming months.

Works include carriageway resurfacing works to A61 Chesterfield Road South in Dronfield. Diversions will be in place for any inconvenience caused.
