Local Plan Main Modifications Consultation

At the beginning of November 2020, the District Council launched a consultation process on the Main Modifications proposed on the North East Derbyshire Local Plan. The Local Plan, amongst other things, says where houses will be built within Dronfield over the coming years.

We need lots of residents to comment on this draft to give us the best chance to convince the independent Inspector, about how to improve the Local Plan further, with particular reference to retaining the greenbelt around the town.

Please click on the document below of Frequently Asked Questions and suggested key arguments to include.

The deadline for comments to be submitted, 31st January 2021, has now passed.
