Police Mobile Speed Cameras
Dronfield Town Council agreed to pay for the annual calibration of the local speed enforcement camera for a further year.
The laser device needs to be calibrated for local police to be able to issue tickets and prosecutions. Dronfield has had exclusive use of its own camera for several years and it plays a key part in keeping our town's roads safe.

Speed Indicator Devices Installed in Dronfield
In 2022, the Town Council made the decision to buy two speed indicator devices for use on a rotational basis - at Bowshaw, Carr Lane, Gosforth Drive and Eckington Road. Both devices were recently installed at their starting locations.
