Mickley Lane resurfacing
Residents of Dronfield Woodhouse will finally see long-awaited road improvements as resurfacing works on Mickley Lane have been approved and are planned to be undertaken in October.
The project, led by Derbyshire County Council, is part of a broader initiative to upgrade roads in Dronfield, which also includes Hilltop Road, Gainsborough Road, Lowry Road, Constable Close, Landseer Close, Holbein Close and Garth Way.
County Councillor Angelique Foster says: "After much campaigning, I am delighted to finally see the long-needed improvements to Mickley Lane now being scheduled by the County Council. This is in addition to many other streets in Dronfield receiving funding from the County Council for improvements to the road surfaces."
