More roads set for resufacing

The Town Council received a report highlighting that, after substantial lobbying, a number of Dronfield roads are on the capital programme list from Derbyshire County Council for resurfacing improvements over the coming financial year. These include Hilltop Road, Garth Way, Salisbury Road, Snape Hill Close, Gainsborough Road and several of its cul-de-sacs, plus others in the local area.

This is in addition to significant investment across Dronfield in recent years, with several well-trafficked roads benefitting from either full or patch resurfacing including Dyche Lane, Oakhill Road, Holmesdale Road, Hollins Spring Avenue, Shetland Road, Snape Hill Lane, Cemetery Road, Chesterfield Road, Stonelow Road and many others.
