Exciting business opportunity available

An exciting business opportunity has arisen to run the café and kiosk in Cliffe Park, Dronfield. The Town Council are currently seeking expressions of interest from entrepreneurs with the vision to provide a popular café in the park, under a lease agreement with the Town Council. The new lease will start at a date to be agreed after 16th April 2020.

There is already a great playground and sporting facilities in the park and spaces for around 40 cars. The café itself is based within Gosforth Lodge, which also has a large room and kitchen available for hire. It is popular for meetings and children's parties, providing further catering opportunities for the right person.
