Dronfield Neighbourhood Plan Referendum - 24th October 2019

A Referendum relating to the Dronfield Neighbourhood Plan will be held on Thursday 24th October 2019.

The question to be asked in the Referendum is:

''Do you want North East Derbyshire District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Dronfield to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?''

A person is entitled to vote in the Referendum if on Tuesday 8th October 2019:-

 They are entitled to vote in a local government election in the Referendum area; and

 Their qualifying address for the election is in the Referendum area.

A person's qualifying address is, in relation to a person registered in the register of electors, the address in respect of which he or she is entitled to be registered.

The Referendum will be conducted in accordance with procedures, similar to those used at local government elections.

A copy of the specified documents (those listed below) may be inspected at:

 North East Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG between 9am – 4.30pm

 The following locations in the Plan area:

o Dronfield Town Council Offices, Dronfield Civic Centre, Dronfield, S18 1PD

o Dronfield Library, Manor House, High Street, Dronfield, S18 1PY
