Uchenna Dance - The Head Wrap Diaries

A great fun, noisy, colourful show which will transform the venue into a hair salon, and fill it with irresistibly funky music. The performance is designed for adults and older children and is theatre with lots of movement plus a great soundtrack of sounds from 90's R&B to traditional Ghanaian pop music. It has already been on tour to great reviews and its bubbly optimism will sweep along the hardest of hearts!
£12 adults, £8 under 16s - to be held in The Peel Centre.

Remembrance Day Parade

This year's Remembrance Day Parade will take place on Sunday 12 November 2017.
The Parade will begin on School Lane and will then make its way onto Lea Road, Church Street and High Street, before arriving at the Dronfield War Memorial in the Library Gardens where a Service will take place.
The Parade will then make its way back along the same route.
A Church Service will follow at the Parish Church of St John the Baptist at around 11:25am.

Dronfield Hall Barn Christmas Weekend

Come along to see Dronfield Hall Barn decked up for Christmas from the start of December!
To get you in the mood for the festive period, we're holding a Christmas Weekend from 1st to the 3rd of December. Over the weekend, there will be numerous events and activities on – including craft activities, a Christmas mini market, a nativity and much more! There's something for all ages, and, in the spirit of Christmas, it is free admission!
Below is our itinerary for the weekend – we look forward to seeing you there.
Friday 1st December:
5pm until 9pm: Christmas Mini Market at the Barn - Come and get those perfect Christmas gifts from our arts and crafts market. Mince pies and mulled wine available.
7pm: Dronfield Town Council Lights Switch On
7:30pm: Dronfield Singers at The Peel Centre – singing all your festive favourites!
Saturday 2nd December:
11am until 4pm: Christmas Mini Market - Our arts and crafts fair continues with a variety of suppliers on site for your Christmas Shopping.
10:45am until 12:15pm: Roaming Nativity - Join the Baptist Church on the second stage of their mobile Christmas Story.
2:30pm: Join Sunday Best for festive tunes with a Medieval twist!
Sunday 3rd December:
10am until 2pm: Children's Christmas Craft
Fun festive activities with our volunteer elves! £2 per child.
