Dronfield in Bloom

The Dronfield in Bloom Committee was formed in 1990. The common aim is to make Dronfield a cleaner and more colourful place in which to live, work and play.

The Committee consists of representatives from the Town Council and members of the public with an interest in horticulture. We are always on the look out for new members.

If you are interested in becoming a member please contact either: Wendy Temple (Chair) 01246 414267 or John McGrory (Secretery) 01246 414978.

We have recently focused on school gardening and our school garden forum brings representatives from all Dronfield Schools together for teacher training and resource sharing. School events include the seedling swop and the pick, cook and eat picnic.

Dronfield in Bloom is kindly sponsored by Dronfield Eye, Ferndale Garden Centre, New Leaf Garden Centre and Wards Garden Centre.
